I have tried so many diets so far the best for me is the small portions and consistency with exercise. I have recently dropped 25plus pounds and I am feeling so much better. I have noticed a huge difference in my energy level. When I carried around the 25 extra pounds all I wanted to do was lay around I had no energy to do the extras. I also felt down in the dumps a lot. Since my weight loss I feel a lot better, clothes are fitting and feeling better and I'm not ashamed to get up and walk out of a room filled with people. Although I have more pounds to shed I have definately stepped in the right direction and honestly it wasn't as hard as I thought it would be. Don't know where those 25pounds went, but I hope they NEVER find there way back home.
